Arno van Niekerk is a shy, introvert young student, busy developing into a powerful bright young man. He is but 21 years old and busy equipping himself with as much knowledge as he possible can. He is currently a second year student at CTU Roodepoort completing his studies in Graphic Design and Web development.

His mission in life is to become a successful providing husband and family man. Even though he is currently busy with studies, he approached Proverto to apply for a part time job to build up experience. Proverto appointed him in November 2010 on a part time basis. His responsibilities include graphic design, web development, client liaison, conceptualizing, logo designing, advertising, publication book layout, corporate identity and many others.
Proverto is synonymous with a brand of uniqueness to avail educational learning material free of charge to learners, educators and students across South Africa. The team sources learning material content for study guides in close consultation with the National and Provincial Departments of Education from carefully selected experts and subjects specialists. 
Over the years Proverto has extended its products and services by combining advertising and subject information in school study guides to create increased awareness of further study opportunities, learner ships. Bursaries, loans and career guidance for its primary target market, the learner or school leaver. In doing so, we are further promoting one of our main objectives namely to reduce the skills gap as a matter of urgency.
Products and services include school marketing strategies, Olympiads, Winter Schools, networking with educational organizations and database analyses. Proverto also specializes in producing career guides, in conjunction with Seta’s and Industry. All our products are also available online on the Proverto website & Thutong (Department of Education’s portal). 
In addition to subject content, these printed guides are valuable tools to assist Proverto Educational Publisher’s mission as well as its sponsors and advertisers to touch the hearts and minds of all young people through unique learning opportunities, powerful career guidance and experiences empowering them to create the life they desire and to confidently face the leadership challenges of tomorrow.

Through-out the time that Arno van Niekerk spent with and on the Proverto team, his skills and his personality developed into something extraordinary. He is a very talented developer and designer, putting all his new knowledge and skills that he obtains at CTU to hard work.
